1. Mold production cycle
If the customer provides 3D data, our normal mold manufacturing time is 10~15 days, in which
Product design 2 days
Mold structure design 2 days
CNC machining takes 4 days
EDM processing 4 days
Machining 3 days
Save mold and polish for 2 days
Assembly and commissioning 2 days
2. Sample confirmation
Samples are generally confirmed within 20 days, from T1 to T3.
3. Mass production
Prepare materials within 8~12 days after sample confirmation, and mass produce 3000~8000 per day after material preparation is completed.
